This is an up and coming community with a plethora of newly built homes replacing many mobile homes. 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms Entire Home This quiet community is located off of 105 very close to Lake Conroe and the park area. It is rapidly changing and can be noted that there are a plethora of recently built new homes replacing many of the existing mobile homes. Walmart and many restaurants are also reasonably close. Parking is limited to 2 spaces in front of the house. There are only two parking spaces in front of the house. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
