Second floor: 4 bdrms & 3 baths. Guest access Full access the the home and amenities (minus closets and furniture drawers in the bedrooms, locked areas, and garage). Other things to note No smoking and no pets inside the house. No parties or outside guests to be entertained. Guests are expected to perform general spot cleaning of the Premises (wipe down stovetops and countertops, wash and pack away dirty dishes, place trash and used trash bags outside in the large trash bin).
