We rent for two weeks only a quiet villa, with all the advantages of a recent construction tastefully decorated. We finished this house 2 years ago on a 1000 m2 plot with a large 9 m by 4 m heated swimming pool equipped with a safety roller shutter. A submerged beach to drink your mojitos in the water with only the greenery and the mountain and your mojitos as your only view. You can easily bask on a pleasant 40 m² terrace as well as a relaxation area on the pool side. Deckchairs/buoys/beanbags: all the comfort amenities considered for the time of the nap. When you wake up: Barbecue and brazier are available to fully enjoy the summer days and evenings! Very bright and air-conditioned house. Ground floor composed of a spacious living room with kitchen equipped with all appliances to host summer feasts. The Kitchen overlooking the terrace via a large bay window, master suite overlooking the garden and pool for a midnight swim. The suite is equipped with a large bathroom with toilet as well as a large dressing room. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms with dressing room and views of the garden, pool and mountain. A second large bathroom with bathtub and shower upstairs The house is fully available and fenced as a whole. All amenities are close to the house. We provide 4 mountain bikes: 2 adults and 2 children. House secured by an automatic gate. The cellars of Châteauneuf du Pape, Tavel, Lirac, great names of the French vineyard, are neighboring villages. 25 km from Pont du Gard (UNESCO World Heritage Site), 39 km from Uzès (medieval town). Also close to Les Baux-de-Provence and Mont Ventoux. Access to the A9 and A7 highways is 4 km away, allowing you to get to the Mediterranean coast in just 1 hour (St Marie de la Mer, Le Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte, ...). Cities less than 1 hour away: Orange and its choregies, Avignon and its festival, Nîmes and its festival, Montpellier and its beaches, Marseille and its goudes, Outdoor and whitewater sports enthusiasts will be thrilled with hiking trails, mountain bike trails nearby and the Ardèche gorges all nearby. Theme parks: Spirou (all ages), Monteux water park (all ages). The village offers all the local shops as well as a Provencal market of local producers every Tuesday. On Thursdays, food trucks take place on a musical background in the village square.
