Welcome to the Eagle's Nest, a private lake cabin retreat perched up in the trees with tremendous lake views and a direct view across the lake to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Soak in the hot tub after a fun day on the lake. Enjoy a spectacular bird's eye view of the fireworks over the lake on 4th of July! The architectural design of this home allows for epic views and many comfortable spots in an inviting living space and two large outdoor decks. The space This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on an acre of pine, maple and aspen trees. The pickleball court is at our other house across the street. There is a $60 fee per 90 minute sessions, paddles and balls included. This cabin has great views of the lake, but no direct access to the lake. There is a public access point to the lake about 15 mins away in Carlin Bay. We live across the street from The Eagle's Nest. It is a private, quiet neighborhood. No parties or loud music allow. Ask us about our concierge boating and guided fishing tours available! This property is about 1/2 hour drive along the beautiful lake shore road to downtown Coeur d'Alene where you can find many shops and restaurants as well as the famous Coeur d'Alene Resort golf course with the floating hole. Attractions within 30 minutes: Parasail rides, golfing, zip-lining, boating, float planes and the northwest’s largest theme park -Silverwood. Float the CDA river Fishing Hiking - Mineral Ridge, Tubbs Hill & many more You can rent a variety of types of boats and personal watercraft Charter a fishing boat Visit the quaint town of Harrison, Idaho - bike or hike the Trail of the CDA Bike the Hiawatha Trail or Centennial Trail The Eagle's Nest is a five minute drive to Gozzer Ranch Golf Resort.
