READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING The space Please read the entire listing description and review the cancellation policy. We have a Moderate Cancellation Policy: Cancel 5 days PRIOR TO arrival and receive a 100% refund. This policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation. We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Insurance when booking your reservation. Primary Bedroom contains a King Bed with comfortable linens and functional decor. The Second bedroom contains a Queen Bed, the living room has a Full-Size Sofa Bed, and linens are provided. A desk with chair is located in the second bedroom for a dedicated work space. A computer monitor is available upon request for those that wish to squeeze in some work while at the beach. There is a Pack-n-Play and High Chair for your use as well. There is one bathroom with a full shower and tub. New vanity and plenty of space to get ready for a night out on the town. Complimentary toiletries are available for your use. Bath towels and wash cloths are provided as well as Beach Towels for the pool and beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for that quick cup of coffee in the morning or for a full meal for your family. The balcony is equipped with a small dinette set and chairs for enjoying the warm Florida weather with a cup of coffee or cocktail. The laundry room is located on the balcony and houses a brand new washer and dryer set for your use, detergent pods are provided. This is a second floor unit with only stair access, no elevators. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room with a ROKU box and 2 smaller TVs in the bedrooms with ROKU Boxes all with several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Gulf Getaway Management is not responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest does not log out upon check out. Parking is free for 2 vehicles per stay. Any additional vehicles will be $25 each per stay. Please let me know how many parking passes you require and I will ensure they are in the condo ready for you and will send you an Airbnb money request for the extra passes. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT, THIS INCLUDES THE PATIO AND BREEZEWAY OF THE BUILDING. THIS INCLUDES CIGARETTES, CIGARS, MARIJUANA, AND VAPE/E-CIGARETTES. IF SMOKE SMELL IS DETECTED THERE WILL BE A $350 CLEANING FEE CHARGED. This is a 2nd floor unit with 15 steps to climb with no elevator. There is a doorbell security camera on the front door that records audio/video. No 3rd Party Bookings. Guest access The entire condo is available for your private use. The pools are shared. Parking is close to the unit and free. There is a 2 part-parking pass in the unit that needs to be displayed in the vehicle and the other part goes in a drop box at the office. Office is located in the front of the complex near the Tennis Courts. Other things to note We have the moderate cancellation policy (cancel 5 days PRIOR TO arrival and you receive a 100% refund) and will uphold the policy regardless of the reason a guest needs to cancel. We encourage you to purchase Trip Insurance when booking your reservation. This is a SECOND FLOOR unit with 15 steps to climb and no elevator. There are 3 pools on property. There are tennis courts and a small pond/lake with a walk-over bridge. Chick-Fil-A is within WALKING distance! :) Closest Public Beach Access is June White Decker Park 0.9 Miles from the Condo. Free Public parking at the park as well as showers, and a boardwalk down to the beach. There is a long stay deep cleaning fee of $50 in addition to the standard cleaning fee in the listing for any stays over 21 days. Any ruined bedding/towels/wash cloths/pillows etc from makeup, self-tanner, bronzer, sunscreen/tanning oil will be charged to the guest. AGE RESTRICTIONS: We do not have an age restriction other than Airbnb's Policy of 18 +, HOWEVER, we do reserve the right to meet our younger guests upon check in and reserve the right to stop by and check on the unit with proper notice given. We want our guests to have a great time but we also want our condo to be taken care of properly. Thank you! $400 Deep Cleaning Fee will be charged for any extreme messes or smoking inside the unit. *There is a security camera on the front doorbell it records audio/video.* 1) Quiet hours are after 10pm to 10am, please be respectful of your neighbors. 2) Please DO NOT hang any clothing or towels on the balcony railing. You can hang them on the back of the balcony chairs. 3) Grilling IS NOT allowed in the patio or balcony. Grilling is only permitted in the grassy areas outside of the building. 4) Please ensure that you have completed the Vehicle Parking Form and your Parking Pass is displayed at all times in your dashboard. 6) Pools hours are from 9am until dusk. 7) Please DO NOT place any items outside the door entrance. All trash needs to be emptied into the nearby dumpsters in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace office building. 8) Underage drinking or other illegal activities such as drugs or unlicensed firearms is strictly forbidden. NO PARTIES!! 9) No bicycles are allowed on the sidewalks or bridge. Skateboards are prohibited on Association property. 10) No Trash is allowed outside the Unit Front Door or Patio/Balcony, Dumpsters are located in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace Office Building Tennis Court rules: 1. No Food or glass containers allowed on court 2. No Bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or blades. 3. No DOGS 4. Proper footwear required 5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 6. Court is for residents and their guest only. 7. Do not abuse net or other equipment 8. Surface is slippery when wet or dry 9. Players are limited to 1 hour when other players are waiting for a court. These are rules for our unit as well as the complex- Condominium Rules Additional Rules: There will be a $400 fee charged for extreme messes, bodily fluids, food, etc. No use of hair dye or clothing dye is permitted inside the condo. There will be a minimum $1000 fee for any damage due to hair dye or clothing dye/bleach. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT, THIS INCLUDES THE PATIO/BALCONY AND BREEZEWAY OF THE BUILDING.
