The space Three bedroom, two and a half bath. Two story townhome that's approximately 1400sqft. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Small patio garden with outdoor furniture and a grill. Keyless entry with smart enhanced features. Beach Chairs, Towels, and Umbrella included. Kitchen supplies and Rice Cooker included. Coffee and Tea included. Guest access Quiet neighborhood next to a large park. Very close to Target, Costco, Starbucks, and Trader Joe's. Many restaurants and stores only a couple minutes by car, or 20 minute walk. Two car garage parking available, plenty of parking around the neighborhood. Guests have access to our community pool. Other things to note Dogs under 60lbs are welcome. There is a $100 fee for the entire length of stay We adhere to Airbnb enhanced cleaning. Additionally, every door handle, button, light switch, remote, etc, is personally sanitized by me using Clorox wipe/Alcohol based disinfectant. The Carpet and Sofa are thoroughly vacuumed and sprayed with Alcohol based disinfectant. Towels, sheets, and blankets are washed with a disinfecting detergent and dried with high heat. Throw pillows are either washed or lint rolled and sprayed with Alcohol based disinfectant. Please note * There are cameras at entry points for Check-in verification and safety of the home.
