Guests are invited to wander the peaceful rows, snap dreamy photos, and savor the view—just kindly leave the blossoms for all to enjoy. On Saturday mornings (in season), be sure to stop by the Crimson Ridge Farm Stand for freshly arranged bouquets. It’s a little slice of country heaven! 🌿 The Stay This original one-room schoolhouse has been lovingly reimagined into a cozy, three-bedroom retreat. Later, it became a beloved community gathering place before being restored into a private home in 2016. A full renovation in 2023 transformed it into the beautifully modern retreat it is today—where history, comfort, and nature come together in the most inviting way. 🧳 A Note on Travel Life happens—we get it. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you book to protect your trip investment in case your plans unexpectedly change. Guest access You’ll have full access to the schoolhouse and the acreage on which it sits. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note → Historic Home Care Vickers Schoolhouse is a lovingly restored 19th-century landmark. Please treat the space with care and respect during your stay. If anything needs attention, let us know right away. We are happy to help and want your time here to be comfortable and memorable. → Security Deposit A fully refundable $500 security deposit is collected off-platform after your reservation is confirmed. It is returned promptly following checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations. → Lofts & Safety The loft sleeping areas at Vickers Schoolhouse are accessed by ladder-style stairs and may not be suitable for small children, guests with mobility concerns or those uncomfortable with heights. Ceiling heights in the lofts are just under 6 feet, so please use caution and mind your head. Children are welcome, but must be closely supervised in the loft spaces, especially near ladders and railings. Our goal is to keep everyone safe while ensuring your stay is a joyful and memorable experience. → Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Availability varies by season and booking schedule. When possible, early check-in or late check-out may be offered for an additional fee. → Reservation Changes We understand that plans sometimes shift.
