Private room w/private bathroom in a renovated Victorian boutique hotel, not a private home. sleeps 2. The property is walking distance to the City Hall, Opera house, Hayes Valley with many restaurants and close to Moscone Convention Center. Free wi-fi. Host will Refund Houskeeping fees, if charged at front desk. just send host "folio" from check out desk METERED STREET PARKING, BUT CHECK FOR SIGNS AND TIMES Nearby Garage parking $35+/day The space This is a timeshare property, INN AT THE OPERA You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at any time. Located just a few blocks away from Hayes Valley walking distance to many fun trendy shops and restaurants. Your 200 SF Private room with private bath has cable television , Queen bed with pillow top mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, microwave, small fridge, dinnerware etc. Central air conditioning is not offered, but will have a ceiling fan, and extra portable fans can be requested at the front desk. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, (no stove) coffeemaker, mini fridge, flatware, glassware, and dinnerware. Closet/Armoire/Wardrobe Flat screen TV w/ DVD Player Hair dryer, shampoo and soap Alarm clock Wireless internet access (free) Rooms are assigned at time of check in, you may not get the actually room shown on the photo, just like any hotel. Each room is basically decorated the same. If you are not happy with the room assigned, or have a preference (upper/lower floor etc) please feel free to contact the front desk/management and they will do their best to accommodate. Larger units that sleep 4 may be available (higher rates may apply) Coffee offered in the Lobby. Guest access Guests have access to onsite business center. Inn at the Opera does not have free or on-site parking Nearby Offsite garage parking (approx $35 +/day) All guests must comply with resort rules. No smoking. No pets. Must be 18 or older to check in. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservations with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . Therefore, there are no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. CHECK-IN: Starts at 4pm but you may get earlier check in, please contact the front desk. Your room is assigned at time of check-in. Therefore, you may not get the room, as shown in the pictures, but very similar. Your room is assigned at time of check-in. The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for refundable security deposit $250. These documents must match the name on your reservations. If you should need a different room, due to location or other issues, please contact the front desk and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime AGE - The Tenant must be age 18 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name. USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. There is one elevator on the property, it will be undergoing necessary renovations from October 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. During this time, the elevator will be unavailable, and guests will need to use the stairs to access their rooms. Please note that there are 19 steps between each floor.
