Its located in a quiet neighborhood steps away from awesome nightlife, bars, shopping, restaurants-- perfectly located. The Westside is the place to be in L.A! The pad is within a short walk to Wholefoods, Starbucks, Chipotle, a myriad of local stores, a non denominational church and even a local dive bar...a great way to participate as a local in a Los Angeles neighborhood. Only 10 mn to the beach, the Getty Museum, UCLA, Beverly Hills, Venice Boardwalk and well served by a network of bicycle paths and just 4mn away from 2 Santa Monica Rail stations , Yet it is very easy to hop on the Santa Monica freeway (10 fwy) or the San Diego freeway (405 fwy) located close by and be in Beverly Hills, hollywood, culver city, and Malibu within a 15 mn ride.
