For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the holiday home on two floors and 68m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and the highlight: the dry sauna. Additional costs for WiFi, gas, water and electricity consumption are included! There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a Weber electric grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season. The Marina Wendtorf is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, although this has already largely been completed.
