Our team is at your disposal to offer you wellness breaks in our Spa and gourmet moments thanks to our Tables d'Hôtes service. The space Located in the SPA area, the Pool Suite is a 50 m2 duplex for 2 to 4 people. This suite offers you direct access to the spa through the living room. Upstairs, enjoy a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and an open-plan bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. On the GROUND FLOOR, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area. For your convenience, a fully equipped kitchenette is at your disposal. (hob, microwave, mini bar, fridge, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, etc.) The Pool Suite also has a separate entrance, a small garden and a private patio. This suite also offers you private access to the swimming pool from 20:00 to 09:00 the next morning. Access to the swimming pool and spa (9:30 am–8:00 pm) is included for all bookings of this accommodation. For your convenience, various services are available at La Ferme: -Breakfast service at a cost of €20/adult and €15/child -The service of our Local Dinners at €33/pers - Our Normandy aperitif board service at €28 for 2 people - Massages and body treatments: booking and availability Guest access Free parking secured by a digital code is available on the property. Guests will have access to their room as well as shared access to the indoor pool and the spa from 10 am to 7 pm, plus private access to the pool from 8 pm to 9 am the next day. Other things to note In order to best prepare for your stay and facilitate your arrival, please take note of the following information: - We do not take same-day reservations. All bookings must be made at least one day in advance. - Accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure. - Arrivals are self-service after 7 p.m. and on Sundays. - Our shared Spa (entire indoor pool and sauna) is open to all our guests from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - La Ferme de l'Oudon is an estate of guest rooms and houses. The estate has 9 properties in total. - We provide all our guests with linen (sheets and bath towels). - We do not charge any cleaning fees for the rental of our accommodation. We ask, out of respect for them to be made clean. - We also accept certain pets upon prior request. We charge a fee of €10 per animal per night.
