Heated Pool - * Please Note For Reservations Who Wish To Have The Pool Heated * The charge for heating the pool is $40 per night or $30 per night for 7+ night stays. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Please specify if you wish to enjoy the heated pool when booking or at least 5 days before check-in. With the addition of the pool heater we are able to maintain a temperature between 75 - 85 degrees throughout the winter months without the use of a pool cover. If you wish to enjoy the pool it will be heated prior to your arrival and throughout your stay. **No parties or events, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.** NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras - front and back entrances, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. Tampering with and/or covering the outdoor security camera(s) will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices - not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
