Situated at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this inviting retreat is part of a premier resort complex designed with your comfort in mind. The space The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a day of adventure. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while the dining area comfortably seats four for family meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. The queen-sized bedroom offers a restful space, complemented by a full bathroom for your convenience. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, adding to the comfort of your stay. Highridge Condominiums boasts a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, a community game room, a hot tub, an indoor pool, and shared saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
