The space Sleeping Arrangements After a full day of lake fun and outdoor adventures, everyone will appreciate a comfortable place to unwind. The home features four queen bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep. An additional bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, plus a separate twin bed with a trundle, making it a flexible space that’s perfect for children, teens, or friends who prefer their own sleeping area. Every room was arranged with comfort in mind, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Rural Living – What to Know Sunshine Daze sits in a serene rural setting, offering the charm and quiet you expect from lake life. The home operates on a private well for water and a septic system for waste—both very common in countryside communities. The well provides fresh, filtered water straight from underground, and the septic system works smoothly with simple care by flushing only toilet paper. These systems help maintain the natural beauty of the area and support the peaceful environment that makes this home special. Two Comfortable Living Rooms The main living room welcomes you with abundant natural light and a cozy atmosphere, complete with a TV for movie nights or relaxed evenings at home. Downstairs, the second living room gives guests another comfortable space to unwind. It’s ideal for kids who want their own hangout zone, adults who want a quiet corner, or anyone needing a little extra space. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including all the cooking essentials—cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker. The dining area blends seamlessly with the kitchen, creating a comfortable space for shared meals, morning coffee, and time together. To help you settle in, we provide a small kitchen starter set with a few basics like trash bags, a sponge, a kitchen towel, and a roll of paper towels. These items are intended to get you started rather than stock the home for your entire stay. Guests often bring along or pick up additional items based on their plans so they have everything they need for meals and comfort throughout their visit. Bathrooms & Laundry Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to help you begin your stay comfortably. You’ll find hand soap, disposable face clothes, travel-size shampoo and soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Fresh bed linens and one bath towel per guest are also provided. A washer and dryer are available for your use—simply bring your preferred detergent. We kindly remind guests that these items are provided as a starter kit to get you settled in, not a fully stocked supply for the duration of your stay. Parking Parking is easy with the gravel turnaround driveway, offering plenty of space for your vehicles. Please note that street parking is not available. We ask that you clean up after your pets and keep in mind that the non-refundable pet fee does not cover damages. Guests with severe allergies should be aware that this is a pet-friendly home, although our team thoroughly cleans between each stay.
