NOTE: In addition, Airbnb didn't list 'roll-away beds' as a bed type, so I had to select "1 queen bed and 2 'floor mattresses' " for bedroom #4. There are no bedrooms downstairs, however there are two full-size sofas and an 1/2 bath.
