Moselflair House – completely renovated, modern and yet with old charm Your vacation home is located in the historic center of Neef - a few meters from the Moselle river bank and only about 200 meters from the train station. In the house, there are four bedrooms (each with a double bed), three bathrooms, each with a spacious shower and toilet, as well as an infrared sauna. The space Your vacation home with approx. 160 square meters of living space was completely renovated in 2021/2022. We recommend the house for 8 people. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom incl. a washing machine and dryer as well as the combined kitchen and living room. In the entrance area there is a pellet stove, in the kitchen a wood-burning stove, which spread cozy warmth in the fall-winter season. Pellets and wood are available. On the first floor are the living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, which offers an overnight stay for two more people. The fourth bedroom and another bathroom are located in the attic. Here you will also find the sauna. Comfortable loungers invite you to relax after the sauna. Outside, the space between the house and the associated garage offers enough space for socializing, and a gas grill is also available. In the garage, there is an extendable table and ten chairs available, which can be used both in the garage and outside. You will also find sockets for your e-bikes and a (charges apply) charging station for e-cars (Wallbox) on the outside wall of the garage. Guest access This is a vacation home for your own use. Other things to note One parking space is available at the house. We recommend this only for loading and unloading or for using the wallbox. Additional free parking is available on the Moselle riverbank (about 50 meters). In the living room as well as in the attic and in one bedroom there is a smart TV with satellite reception. Fast WiFi is of course available free of charge on all floors.
