FLOOR BY FLOOR: The home has a private entrance off the front of the home, it has an Architectural design split over three levels with multiple decks and great views of the city. The main entrance has the first grand oversized bedroom with two (2) queen beds, large walk-in closets, and large private bathroom. Newly installed wood floors. The downstairs basement level is an Owner Space only and locked off from guests. Sometimes this area may be occupied by the Host during ones stay, it has a separate/private entrance so that your group will not be disturbed. First floor main level living space has an open feel with communal kitchen/living/dining space and private deck. Large kitchen Island and built-in bar area for guests to enjoy. The next bedroom is located off this level with one (1) queen bed and private entrance to the main level bathroom with ample closest space (Newly installed wood floors). There are large, oversized windows throughout the home, designed to provide picturesque views of the city and tree lines. The third-floor level has an additional living room space for guests to enjoy with tasteful furnishings and Samsung Frame TV. The Master Bedroom is located to the left, beautiful large, oversized room with views of the city, curtain lined windows and amazing bathroom with his and her sinks, oversized shower with institute French bathtub that fills from the ceiling. Toilet has separate entrance and massive walk-in closets. There is an additional deck off the third floor, the laundry room is also located on this floor. The bedroom to the right is also large, with walk-in closets and has a private bathroom (Newly installed wood floors). GUEST ACCESS Please see the notes in the "Guest Access" section. Guest access We ask guests to respect that access is not allowed to the lower level of the home, which is at the entry level of the house, this is an Owner Space only! The entry level bathroom closest and the closest in the top floor bathrooms are locked, used by the Cleaners. The garage and basement is an Owner Space only! We thank our guests for respecting these spaces and access restrictions. Other things to note Please Note: We do not supply shampoo or bodywash, guests are encouraged to pack travel size items for their stay. Please respect that the home is only for Guest use, folks staying per the booking request (8 MAX), this is also noted in the "House Rules". Extra guest fees can be incurred for failure to meet this.
