The Villa is located in the heart of the Casentino Forests. An ideal place for groups of families or friends to completely switch off and experience a stay in full contact with nature. The Villa is located in the heart of the Casentino, an excellent starting point for lot of trekking in the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests and offers the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pratovecchio-Stia(7 km), Poppi(17km) and the cities of Florence(62km), Siena(118km) and Arezzo(51km). The space Podere la Machiusa is located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by fruit trees and a view of the forest. It has a swimming pool for exclusive use, open from May 1st to October 1st, fenced with umbrella and sunbeds. In the large garden available to guests there is a barbecue and hammocks in the orchard where you can relax in contact with nature. Outside there are two loggias with tables, chairs and sofas where you can have lunch, dinner and relax with friends. The villa is has on the ground floor an entrance, utility room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom and living room with sofa bed and TV; on the first floor there are 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms with private bathroom in the room and 2 triple bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom). WiFi is available inside the Villa. Guest access You will have at your disposal the entire Villa, the garden, the loggias and the swimming pool. Other things to note We live near the Villa and for any need we are available to help you.
