Welcome to your Secret Beach Villa, just meters from Long Beach, designed by an architect with holidays in mind and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation: Large pool, jacuzzi hot tub, inverter for loadshedding, outdoor dining area, built in braai, surfboard storage, and garden gate access to the beach path. We regret no children under 5 years of age The space There are lovely sea and mountain views throughout. Secret Beach Villa is one row back from the beach and there is an open plot in front of the house. It is one of the few homes in Kommetjie with a jacuzzi/hot tub for warming up after a cold surf. The elevated, open-plan living space has gorgeous ocean views from the lighthouse to Chapman’s peak. Through folding glass doors, you walk out to a large, covered deck with full braai and outdoor furniture which is the best place to while away the time overlooking the ocean or watching a glorious sunset. Just meters from Long Beach and Black Rock surf spot—a great place for beginner surfers and a lovely place to swim. Clean, white, and beautifully decorated throughout. Downstairs: there are 2 bedrooms en-suite and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. There are two, private outdoor showers. The house sleeps 8 guests in private bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with crisp white linen. There are gas geysers so you will never run out of hot water. The bedrooms are on the same level as the TV lounge which contains a large, comfortable L-shaped couch and a huge wall-mounted TV with access to all streaming channels and cords to connect laptops. The lounge has double doors that open to the large patio and built in lounges along with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a beverage fridge for drinks by the pool and outdoor bar sink. There are two outside showers to wash off after a surf and racks for storing surfboards and wetsuits. There are comfortable floating pool pillows to lounge on or lie on in the pool. Upstairs: there is a large open-plan living area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the large covered deck and built in braai area. All furnishings are new, tasteful and very comfortable. The deck is furnished with a ten seater teak table, a built in braai and a sun shade that keeps it comfortable all day and all year. There is a guest bath on this level and large, convenient scullery. The sea and sunset views are visible throughout. It is perfect for a family of 8 or 2 families of 4.
