The Cottage at Red Top - Cozy Lakeside Year-Round

The Cottage at 60 Red Top Drive is a cozy, family friendly place to enjoy quality Maine lake-time. You will have direct access to Anabessacook Lake including a sandy beach area. There is also ample yard space for relaxing and playing games. Indoors, the cottage has plenty of room for the family to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The cottage is a private space on its own, or can be rented in combination with The Main House for an extended family getaway! Ice fishing is right outside! The space Our Red Top property includes 2 rentals, each private with separate water access. These can be rented separately or together if you need more space. The 2 rentals do share the sandy beach area and a boat launch, where several non-motorized boats are available for use. A caretaker lives on the property is a separate building and will help with firewood and any maintenance issues. Anabessacook Lake offers beautiful fall foliage, followed by great ice fishing in winter months. There are numerous snowmobile trails nearby. We are about 90 minutes from Sugarloaf and Saddleback Mountains. Other things to note The beach front, canoe, kayak and paddleboard are shared with between the 2 rentals on this property and first-come, first-serve. The cottage does have plenty of private outdoor space as well.
