Other things to note This fantastic two-room apartment, newly built in 2017, is located in the attic (1st floor) and can accommodate 2 people. It impresses with its special design and natural furnishings made by the local carpenter. You can spend cozy evenings in the cozy living and dining area, which exudes a special flair through the exposed spruce roof truss, oak planks and the view of the mountains. At the large dining table you can spend cozy game evenings, or plan your next day of vacation here. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and offers you everything you need for everyday needs. From the living and dining room you can reach the large covered south-east balcony with fantastic mountain and lake views. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning or a good glass of wine in the evening, either at the balcony table or on the balcony lounger while looking at the open meadows, the Hopfensee and the shiny mountains. Restful sleep and beautiful dreams are provided in the bedroom. It offers you a handmade real wood double bed and allergy-friendly duvets. In the spacious daylight bathroom, you can relax under the rain shower after a successful day of vacation. A washing machine is also available here. A parking space in front of the house is also available as well as a storage space for bicycles, strollers, skis, etc., in the anteroom (ground floor) of the apartment.
