(Please let us know in advance.) • The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm. • We have AC in the master bedroom and have found that 99% of the time this is sufficient to cool the entire condo, especially with Vermont's cool mountain breezes. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. • Water Note: This property uses a shared mountain water system under a state advisory for certain naturally occurring minerals above long-term drinking standards. It is not an emergency, and the water is fine for showering, bathing, dishes, and normal use. Guests who prefer may use bottled water for drinking and cooking. Tap water should not be used for infant formula or as primary drinking water for infants under 1 year. The public notice is posted at the property.
