For your beach outings, we provide an Icemaker, a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand-up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up for the duration of your stay with water and power at the dock. 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts across the street from the house! There is ample seating with a water view from 4 balconies. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment. The entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings.
