Other things to note Cleaning during your stay is done weekly, as well as the change of clothes and towels. If extra cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately for a reasonable fee. For stays of less than seven nights, weekly cleaning will not be done, nor will the change of linen. We have a parking space in the surrounding area (3 minutes away), which is at your disposal, subject to availability. If you wish to use it, please contact us previously. If the parking space is not available, there are parking spaces located on the street of the apartment and surroundings (blue lines) are normal available at the end of the day. It´s free in the period from 8:00p.m. until 8:00 a.m.. Saturday afternoon and all Sunday it´s also free. Near by (approximately 6 minutes on foot), there is a parking open 24 hours, the maximum amount you can pay per day is €4.50. For each check-in or check-out outside the defined time, an additional fee of €30 will be charged. From 1st October 2024, a municipal tourist tax will apply to overnight stays. The amount of the municipal tax is €2.00 per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, per person and per overnight stay. Guests not subject to the Tourist Tax are: Guests resident in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, a situation proven by a document certifying their tax residence; Guests aged 12 or under, on presentation of their national identity; Guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, provided they present a document proving this condition.
