For the sake of respect, and to make things more pleasant for everyone, we will ask you to take care of it and return the accommodation as you found it, in good condition, tidy, dishwasher and trash emptied, sheets removed. Accommodation located in a small subdivision in a cul-de-sac, quiet. We ask our tenants to respect the tranquility of the premises in order to respect the neighborhood. Beautiful views and sunsets over vineyards and fields. The house has no neighbors on the pool side. Parties are not allowed. The house overlooking the vineyards is located halfway between Pézenas and Béziers (15 min) by car, 20 min from the beaches of Vias, 30 min from those of Cap d'Agde, 50 min from Montpellier.
