It is situated at the end of a road, idyllically nestled in a charming landscape and only 30 metres from the banks of the Bruzaån stream, where you can fish. There is a small park next door with lovely walks for the whole family. The space On the ground floor of the house is the kitchen and a large living room. A small toilet with washbasin. In the living room there is a large seating area for the whole family, in front of which there is an attractive wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. In the kitchen, the traditional, nostalgic kitchen fronts have been retained, while the technical equipment has been brought up to modern standards. Up the stairs are two bedrooms, one of which, with a double bed, serves as a passageway to the shower room with washbasin and washing machine. The second bedroom has three single beds. Outside on the property there is also a small summer house with additional sleeping space, ideal if, for example, teenagers or snorers are travelling with you. There is a sofa bed downstairs. Up a steep flight of stairs, there are also two low loungers with mattresses under the sloping roof and directly on the floor. There is no running water and no heating. There are numerous swimming and fishing lakes in the area around Mariannelund. In Lake Skruven you can fish for previously released rainbow trout. A fishing licence is required here before you can cast your hook into the water from one of the jetties that surround the lake shore.
