You live all alone with your loved ones in the spacious house on the large property directly on the Peene river. The house is high quality and modern furnishings. The rooms are cozy and individual. The centerpiece is the large conservatory overlooking the water. You will find a quiet and idyllic place surrounded by nature on the water. For variety, there is a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, soccer kicker, dartboard or kayaks to explore the area from the water. The space The house is sustainably operated with solar power, a heat pump and a modern wood pellet heating system. There is a smart TV on each of the three floors. Several stoves provide coziness. Firewood is included. The sauna is suitable for up to 8 people and can be rented for €18 per day. Guest access The key handover and also the return takes place contactlessly via a key safe. Other things to note The charming 4-star villa (last renovation in 2026) offers the best relaxation in an upscale ambience. Only you and your fellow travelers live in the house. The property is surrounded by opaque vegetation and is also at your disposal. In an absolutely quiet location, right on the water, you will experience a lot of nature and tranquility from magnificent sunsets over the Peene stream to the sea eagles circling above the house! A highlight is the conservatory facing the water and which can be heated. On cool evenings, you can sit here and feel like you are in the great outdoors. Here you can enjoy the magnificent sunset with a glass of wine or simply spend a convivial evening overlooking the water and the bird life with friends and family. Or take the in-house kayaks on the Peene towards the sunset. Another highlight is the rustic barbecue and chill lounge in the garden directly on the Peene stream. Here you will find two fire bowls, baguette skewers, a large goulash pot and a grill grate. Here or on the adjacent terrace you can spend your cozy barbecue evenings. There is a roll/bread and cake delivery service from the very popular barn bakery (real baker's craft) in Trassenheide with direct delivery to the house. Order and pay conveniently via the app. We attach great importance to sustainability: a state-of-the-art wood pellet heating system provides heat, a highly efficient air/heat pump generates hot water and the electricity comes from the photovoltaic system of the house. A charging station for your electric car is available for a fee directly on the property. Another highlight is the barrel sauna (for up to 8 guests), which guarantees relaxation and coziness (€18 per day), followed by a garden shower. Bicycles (GIANT TOURER/8-speed/lock/bicycle basket/helmet/child seat and child helmet) are available for €40.00 per week. The house is on a 1,600 m² fenced garden plot and is completely at your disposal. Parking directly on the property is abundant. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality beds, some also with box spring beds and each with an ALEXA. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room. You have a Table tennis table, a climbing and playing frame, several cross go-karts with full air tires (from 6 to 99 years), a foosball table, an electronic soft dartboard and a giant trampoline are available for free use. Both kitchens are high-quality and equipped with all the important electrical appliances (fridge, freezer, air fryer, 4-plate ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee machines, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bread slicer, blender, plenty of dishes/cutlery and other small kitchen appliances). Spices, vinegar and oil are available free of charge. The house has three flat-screen smart TVs, ALEXA in every room and hi-fi compact systems. A vacuum cleaner and washing machine/dryer (€2 per use) are available. The house is lovingly, modernly and exquisitely furnished and equipped. Utilities (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi Internet 100 mbit/s) are included in the price. The wide, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resorts of Karlshagen or Trassenheide can be reached in 7 minutes by car. There you will also find numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and lots of hustle and bustle. However, you will appreciate being able to return to your quiet vacation home in a short time! By the way, the marina of the fishing village of Zecherin is 110 m from the house. There is a swimming area and the possibility to fish, rent a boat, book guided fishing tours or simply enjoy the harbor idyll. As a tip: from the harbor you can take a fantastic dyke hike to the Karlshagen marina and reward yourself there with an ice cream or have lunch or dinner right away.
