The Gainer home is filled with mystery and suspicious claims surrounding the owner, Aubrey Gainers passing. With almost 3,000 sqft of history and beautiful furnishings, this home will accommodate any occasion. This home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a furnished front and back porch. This home also has a large balcony overlooking the town and views of the river which is perfect for sunbathing. Every Friday night, they host Bands on Blackwater, which is a family event; so bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the show and array of food trucks!
