The unit offers boat dock access (if reserved), a heated pool and the ocean within steps of the unit! The space Manasota Key is a hidden gem - an 11-mile-long peninsula, transformed into a barrier island and is best known for its little-known beaches. The casita is nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with a vacation vibe year-round, tropical weather that is perfect almost every day and a breeze to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to our casita and shared access of the community pool, laundry, barbeques, and boat docks. Other things to note When at our Casita, you will also have access to all things needed for the beach including: 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach towels, and a cooler.
