This three level home boasts a main level living space with a cozy gas fireplace and half bath. The kitchen and dining room are also located on the main level with access to a deck that runs the full length of the house, (no ground access). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook/sunroom. The laundry room is nestled just off the kitchen, as is access to the 2-car garage. Wireless Internet is also available. The upper level includes 2 guest bedrooms with a Queen bed in each, sharing a full bathroom and a master bedroom with a Queen bed and master bathroom. The lower level has been recently renovated to include an additional bedroom with a California King and a full bath as well as a family/entertainment room with walk out access to the back yard and patio. Occupancy over 4 persons will be charged additional $50.00 per night per person. Historic Mormon, Oregon and Pony Express Trails are all near this area. Remember the movie Revenant? One of the men traveling with Hugh Glass is James Bridger,. To the east of Evanston is Historic Fort Bridger, built as a trading post by the one & only James (Jim) Bridger, which was later used by the army as a fort. Also near Evanston are Fossil Butte National Monument, and the Piedmont Charcoal Kilns and Ghost Town. The area offers something for everyone. A truly special place to relax & rejuvenate after a long day of outdoor activities. The owners have taken special care to make this a home away from home.
