Any questions or problems, feel free to contact us! Guests have access to the house, 4 acre grounds and spa. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • CLEANING FEE We will always maintain exceptional cleaning standards and keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. Keep in mind, this property is full of adventures which need to be cleaned by our cleaners hence why we have to pay them too much to upkeep. • NO OUTSIDE WOOD FIRES Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. Please only use our beautiful propane fire pit and do not throw anything in the fire. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. • SECURITY CAMERAS There are total of 3 security cameras and one door lock with a camera , all very visible and are facing the front or back entry of the house. 1st camera is on the gate facing outside to the front of the house, 2nd camera covers the other gate on the left of the house, 3rd camera is on the exterior of the game room facing the back gate. The last one is on the front door which also faces outside covering the front of the house. All of these cameras are there for protection of the house from outsiders. If you for any reason feel uncomfortable with these during your stay, feel free to cover them with the provided trash bags. Just please make sure to take them off when you check out.
