Location Our comfortably furnished two-room apartment is located in the quaint village of Witzwort auf Eiderstedt on an agricultural farm, just 10 km from Husum with its idyllic harbor and lively city center and just 30 km from Sankt Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches. The town center of Witzwort and the local grocery store are only about 10 minutes' walk away. Amenities The approx. 100 sqm apartment on the ground floor is modern and exclusively furnished. The living room is equipped with a large living area with a sleeping function (160 x 200), leather armchair, smart TV (satellite) and Bluetooth sound system. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In front of the living room is the furnished south terrace and the dog-safe fenced garden. After an eventful day on vacation, you will find peace and quiet in the separate bedroom with a box spring double bed (180 x 200) with electrically adjustable slatted frames. A TV is also available here. The bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, toilet, towel warmer and washing machine complete the picture. The rooms are heated by underfloor heating. Special features Dogs are welcome. The fenced garden (fence height: 1.20 m) gives you the necessary freedom.
