Our unit is on the waterfront of Love Creek, the boat docks, and the access path to the Rehoboth Bay. Offsite, but accessible via walking path you will find a fishing pier. The unit has one assigned parking spot, however, additional parking spots are easily accessible to the building. The condo is on the top floor (3rd) in gated community with elevators, community pool and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring Kayaks or paddle boards - or have them delivered on-site by our recommended vendor. The space You will have the entire condo. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for up to 4 guests. Kitchen with gas stove, cozy living room, private balcony overlooking the boat docks. Views from both bedrooms and living room. The unit has full size washer and dryer. Three smart TVs, 65 inch in the living room, and Roku TVs in both bedrooms all ready for your sign-in to stream your favorite services. Guest access Plenty of parking which is free with one designated parking spot assigned to the unit (details provided with check in materials). The community hosts a pool and grass areas for picnics and Charcoal BBQ grills. The complex is on a bus path for access to the area. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Other things to note This is a gated community, with a pool and elevator access. The community homeowners association has rules preventing rentals with pets, adults under the age of 25, and guests utilizing the property for parties.
