In the heart of the Bavarian Highlands, At the gate to the Tegernsee Valley is our cozy 50 sqm non-smoking ground floor apartment, It is in the extension of our listed farmhouse. The apartment is comfortably furnished, there is everything you need to feel comfortable. It is equipped with modern infrared heating. You are welcome to fire the wood-burning stove, but it is not a must. Munich, Garmisch, Rosenheim and Austria can be reached by car in less than 1 hour. The space Our apartment is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, e.g. with a built-in stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven. In the bedroom is a double bed 2x2m with nightstand, a TV with satellite connection and of course a closet. It is a comfortable sofa in the bedroom that can turn into a single bed. A travel cot will be provided if needed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower head, towels, bath towels and a hairdryer and a washing machine. The pleasant warmth comes from the infrared radiators. The wood-burning stove may also be fired, but it is not a must. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Access to the apartment is on the sunny side The south terrace is a wonderful spot that can be used from breakfast until late afternoon in the sun. In the evening, barbecue - with friends or alone... what else could you ask for... Other things to note We have many hiking trails, great cycling routes, and lots of peace and quiet to relax. Bicycles or walking sticks are available for rent for a small deposit. In winter, of course, there are also sleds. If you want to go to the mountains, you can quickly reach Tegernsee, Schliersee or Spitzing, for example. Munich, Rosenheim or Austria, after about 30 -60 minutes by car you are at the destination.
