The space The bedroom suite includes memory foam King sized bed, TV with access to all your favorite movies and shows via Amazon Firestick, and a desk workspace with a window view. Adjacent to the bedroom is a sink/mirror and closet for convenience when multiple guests are getting ready for a day out in the mountains. Jack and Jill bathroom features a spacious walk in shower with large waterfall shower head and modern vanity. Towels and bath soaps available for guest use. This space is sure to make for a relaxing wind down after a hard day of play! Our kitchen includes all cooking essentials including induction stove and induction cookware! Other appliances include oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Guests have access to all utensils, plates, cups/glasses. Living room features a large Smart TV for your entertainment while making meals or relaxing and the couch doubles as a pull out bed for additional guests. Pellet stove is used as the primary heat source in the winter. Wall heaters are available in unit as well, which provide ample heating for the space. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire 1 bed 1 bath condo as well as the shared Mountain Shadows amenities (shared includes washer/dryer, spa, sauna, and pool seasonally). Other things to note Long Term Stays: ** This property is set up to accommodate short term stays only only with a maximum stay of 14 days. Stays over one week require a weekly cleaning fee of $140 in order to maintain the integrity of the property and linens, please take that into consideration when booking. ** Pellet Stove Heating: The pellet stove is the primary source of heating and guest assistance to operate is not guaranteed. Please ensure you are comfortable operating a pellet stove prior to booking. Shower: Mammoth is a cold environment and the the water heater is sized to the one bedroom unit. Please note that the shower cannot be run similar to a hotel, however, will provide hot water for roughly 20-25 minutes consistent with the water heater size.
