The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out or be together. This house has everything you could possibly want: a hot tub, pool, access to a dock with a boat-slip on the river just steps from the back door! Option for 4-seater golf cart rental if available. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There's also an outdoor grill so you can barbecue whenever your heart desires. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE JUNE-SEPTEMBER The space Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunks, one bunk has two twins, and the other bunk has a twin on top and a Full on the bottom.
