Guest Beach House on the York River

The one bedroom guest house is located 300 feet from the beach. There is a dock, kayaks and life vests included in your stay. The house includes an open kitchen and living area. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living area with a television and games. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. The bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. A twin size foldout bed is available upon request. The bathroom has a shower and cabinet space. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels are also provided. The property is located in New Kent County conveniently off I-64 between Williamsburg and The Richmond Airport (~30 minutes in each direction). In addition to being on the York River, other local attractions include 3 wineries (Gauthier Vineyard, Saude Creek Winery, and New Kent Winery), Wahrani Nature Trail, No Limits Skydiving, a new casino (Rosie's) and the town of West Point within a 5-15 minute drive. There are two Indian Reservations (Pamunkey & Mattaponi) with a 25-35 minute drive. There are many great attractions such as Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg Winery, numerous breweries, Go-Ape Zip lining, York River State Park and the Premium Outlets in nearby Williamsburg (20-30 minute drive).
