Completely furnished with linens to kitchen basics and cleaning supplies so you’ll have everything you need from the moment you arrive. My home is available for 60+ day minimum stay, only while I am traveling. The space Torrance provides a perfect moderate year-round climate with an ocean breeze. It offers its own city beach, nearby mall and grocery shopping, and safe neighborhoods. A quick drive will get you to the edge of the ocean, where you can soak up the sun and the sea breeze. Back at home, an eclectic mix of dining options, from Japanese to Indian, will keep you from going hungry, and there is a Bagel Bakery and Yogurt and Starbucks around the corner. Work it all off with a jog around nearby Lago Seco Park. Shared building amenities: pools, gyms, community room, etc. Sorry, no pets in my unit. Other things to note There are security cameras at entrances and in public hallways.
