With 5 bedrooms, 4 master bathrooms and 2500 square feet of living space there is plenty of space for your family and friends to relax. A short bike ride gets you to the beach and it is an easy walk to places like Big Fish Grill, Arenas Sports Bar and Jungle Jim’s Waterpark. The community is well taken care of and offers tennis courts and 3 community pools, 1 being steps from the front door of our place! The space 1st floor layout: 1st Master bedroom with queen bed Half bath Kitchen/dining area Living area Sun room 2nd floor layout: 2nd master bedroom with a queen bed (access to deck over looking a pond) 3rd master bedroom with a queen bed Living area with a queen sofa bed 3rd Floor layout: 4th master bedroom with queen bed “Kids” room with a bunk bed (full bed on bottom, twin on top) Guest access We allow our guests full access to place. (There is a few locked utility closets) The front door has a keypad for entry. (Code will be send a few days before stay) Other things to note Key card for access to the pools is hanging inside the front door.
