This 220 m2 charming, comfortable, well equipped self catering holiday home is situated high up on the hill of Montagne Charlot,and is just 5 minutes drive down to the capital, Port Mathurin. It offers everything you could possibly want in a holiday home. The modern open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a veranda which runs the width of the house. On the veranda you have patio furniture as well as a large dining table offering you the perfect al fresco dining. Step off the veranda and straight onto the deck where you can relax on the sun loungers around the dip pool (3m x 2m). The house has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine as well as a dishwashing machine and in the lounge there is a flat screen tv with local channels and a Canal Sat bouquet, dvd machine as well as i pod docking station. There is a telephone for local calls and to receive international calls. There is also a washing machine. We also offer you free of charge a starter pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, water toilet paper and soap. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms (one king size and 1 double bed), bathroom with shower and separate toilet is part of the main house. The 3rd double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is downstairs with a separate outside entrance. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a maid who works everyday except sundays and public holidays from 9am to 1pm. She will wash the dishes, clean the house and cook for you. Her services are included in the rent.
