Special effort made decorating to mimic early St.Marys so guests feel transported back into prior centuries! Located in the ST.MARYS HISTORIC DISTRICT! Walk to Straub Brewery, Grocery, Apollo Theater, Library, Restaurants, Shopping & Maker's Warehouse! Cross pedestrian bridge to Depot St. to quaint Cafes, Bakery & Ice-Cream Shop! Short drive to see ELK! The space Crescentia-A is the downstairs unit of the 1884 Victorian house and has been freshly painted. Enter through your private back door entrance with a key code provided. Decorated to mimic prior centuries, it also contains a new queen-size Sealy mattress for modern-day comfort along with high-speed internet and free movie channels. A Keurig coffee machine and French Press are available for your morning coffee. Enjoy both the front and back porches along with the back yard. Located in the central business district, you can walk to everything St. Marys including the Straub Brewery just past a few houses down the street! Guest access Guests have access to the entire downstairs unit including the basement where the washer/dryer are located. Guests also have access to the front and back covered porches and the back yard. Other things to note Guests have the ability to rent both Crescentia-A (downstairs suite) and Crescentia-B (upstairs suite) as one whole house to gain full access to two additional upstair's bedrooms, sitting area, another kitchen, large bathroom with shower/soaking tub and an outdoor balcony! Perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to experience unique accommodations all under one roof! The second bed downstairs is a futon that pulls out into a queen-sized bed.
