Calypso 409 is a spacious, three bedroom oceanfront condo located midtown on 62nd street in Ocean City, Maryland. Featuring two oceanfront balconies, this unit will provide unimpeded views of the shoreline and undulating waves from sunrise to sunset. Relax in the beautifully decorated open living area where all of your guests can gather to bond - the amateur chefs in the group can whip up their signature dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen and serve on either the breakfast bar or separate dining table. Entertainment is a snap with streaming TV's in each bedroom, the living room and the den, and complimentary Wifi at your disposal. Calypso amenities include an elevator for easy access, two parking spots (register upon arrival) and an outdoor pool when you want to take a morning dip or have just tired of the sand and surf towards the end of the day. This building is ideally located just across Coastal Highway from the Route 90 bridge - easily drive to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk or take a stroll to nearby restaurants such as Rosenfeld's, Fager's Island, and Dead Freddie's among others. Sleeping up to 12 guests, there are multiple bedding choices including the primary bedroom with a king, the 2nd bedroom with two full sized beds, the 3rd bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a rollaway if needed, and the den and living room both with queen sleeper sofas. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in peak season and any four nights off season. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
