Looking forward to our next visit! This lovely ‘self catering’1 bedroom space has new parquet floors, well equipped kitchen and nicely appointed modern tile bath. About 950 square feet, w/12'8" ceilings, cable TV, laundry, Paper products/soaps, some cleaning supplies provided for a month w/ washer/dryer in adjacent separate hall. WIFI internet access provided as a convenience. This clean, spacious, well furnished 1 bedroom loft is located in lower Manhattan in fashionable Tribeca. Apt has a queen bed (for 2) that is separated from living room/dining area by a 10 foot sliding opaque glass wall with a wall to wall closet. Dining area has ample seating with complete service. Walk the early cobblestone streets, a few blocks from the art galleries and shopping of Tribeca & Soho and all the great nearby restaurants. A short walk to the Wall Street Financial district, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Freedom Tower, the tallest building in N. America. Subway/bus /under 15 min. to midtown shopping, museums Bdwy, taxis on corner. Note: We mail out keys to the address you provide for a contactless self check in on arrival afternoon. After booking be sure that we have your home address or a local address for receipt of keys. We also require an emergency US cell +valid email. There is a nearby fedex location for receiving packages. We do not accommodate extra guests added after booking, any parties or pets in tow. Other things to note We are currently booking this space from Jan 13/2026 on. We are on 2nd floor(no elevator) and 1 flight up. We do a contact less self check in. After booking your dates we require your home or local address for receipt of keys for your self check in on arrival afternoon. We also will need a valid emergency email and US local cell for you.
