(please read the Pool details described further in the listing and ask any questions) The home is a 2100 sqft Southwest style house with private backyard. Outside there is a 50ft long pool (please read guidelines) and a nice patio next to it that has a big fire pit as well as a smaller propane one. Inside we have a huge living room and also a family room next to the kitchen that has a wood fireplace. Kitchen has everything you need. Feel free to ask if you do not find something. Over-sized main bedroom (main bedroom and a previous guest room converted into one big size room) with walk in closet and its own private sitting area. King size bed w/comfortable mattress (see reviews). There are two more bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two twin XL beds (same comfortable mattresses). Two full bathrooms are on site and the main has an oversize walk in shower. We are proud to offer a clean home so we keep it clutter free which makes it easy to live in as well as to maintain clean. Full size two car garage and additional two more spaces available on driveway. Great place to work from home with Gigablast WiFi. Please let us know ahead of time what special requirements you have if you need to work from home. There is a 70" flat screen TV in Living Room and 50” flat screen TV in one guest bedroom. Hulu and Disney are included so please do not log out. Smart TVs so feel free to use your own accounts on other content providers . Remember to log out from your accounts before you leave. Washer and dryer on site. POOL: Note the pool is not heated (there is no heater installed). Guests who visit November through April very likely would not be able to use it (nights are too cold and day sun is not sufficient to heat it to a comfortable temperature during those months). It all depends to guests own comfort level and unfortunately we cannot guarantee the water temperature will be to our guests liking. Costco and big box stores within 2 miles. Plenty of restaurants and several golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive. Outlet Mall and Chandler Fashion Center Mall within 10 - 15 minutes drive. Car preferred. Two car garage and two more spots on driveway should be plenty. The park is within walking distance, the same is grocery, bank, pharmacy and several restaurants. South Mountain neighborhood trailhead access to Desert Classic is within 15 minutes walk. We have guidebooks with things to do around Phoenix and Arizona that can keep you entertained for months. If you book this property, you and your guests are using the pool at your own risk and you MUST FOLLOW SAFETY guidelines like mentioned hereafter but not limited to: Never swim alone, supervise children at all time, do not use alcohol or glass containers in or around the pool, no rough play or diving, use handlebar and stairs to enter/exit pool, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sun and so on. Life ring is on the wall right next to the pool. Pool is 3' to 6’ deep. No pool fence. By booking this property you assume all the risks related to the use of the pool. We assume no responsibility.
