The Southeast apartment was newly renovated in 2022 and is located in the Erika house on Nordhelmstraße not far from the beach entrance of the north beach. It is about 42 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. Other things to note The apartment in the house Erika was newly built and furnished in 2022. It is equipped to a high standard, including a kitchenette, which of course also includes an induction stove, oven and dishwasher. In the living area, armchairs and sofa invite you to relax as well as to sleep. In the modern bathroom you will find a walk-in shower as well as a washing machine with an integrated dryer. A staircase in the apartment leads to the upstairs bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), from where you have a wide view thanks to the balcony-like window, even to the sea. There is another toilet on this upper floor. Linens and towels are included. On request, we will gladly provide a crib and a high chair. We ask group travelers to refrain from booking.
