The building is very near to the harbor of Portoferraio (about 100 mt), to the shops and the centre of Portoferraio and to some of its most beautiful beaches: Le Ghiaie (about 450 mt), La Padulella and Capo Bianco (about 1 km). The apartment Fronte Mare consists of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (induction cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher), TV and a comfortable sofa bed for two persons, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed with pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a sea view terrace equipped with armchairs and a table. The furniture of the apartment is completely new and modern. Moreover, heating and air conditioning.
