This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The space Living Room Step into the bright and inviting living room where a large bay window fills the space with natural light. Comfortable seating and curated wall art create a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Hull. Kitchen The galley kitchen is both functional and stylish with modern fittings and patterned tiled walls. Open shelving adds character while the layout offers everything needed for a convenient self-catered stay. Dining Room The dining area features a striking fireplace set between two dark bookcases stocked with books and decorative touches. A large window lets in plenty of light and the spacious table is perfect for meals or catching up over coffee. Bedroom One This generous bedroom offers a calm and restful space with soft green tones and simple yet elegant furnishings. A large window overlooks the street while ample storage and cosy bedding ensure a comfortable stay. Bedroom Two An equally charming bedroom with the same thoughtful styling and comfortable finish you see throughout the home. Bathroom The bathroom has been beautifully updated with patterned tiling and a rainfall shower over the bath. A modern sink unit and well-chosen lighting complete the fresh and contemporary feel. Outdoor Space The private courtyard garden includes a decked seating area and bistro table, making it a lovely spot to enjoy fresh air with a morning brew or evening glass of wine. Locality Pearson Park, located between Princes Avenue and Beverley Road, is a Victorian park established in the 1860s as Hull's first public park. It features a central duck pond, tree-lined pathways, and open green areas ideal for dog walking. Dogs are welcome on leads throughout the park. Facilities include a children’s play area, outdoor gym, café, toilets, and restored heritage elements such as statues, a conservatory, and a drinking fountain. The property is also within easy reach of Hull’s city centre. St. Stephen’s Shopping Centre and the train station are just a few minutes’ drive away, making it a convenient base whether you're visiting for leisure or work. Guest access The whole place is free to use during your stay. You will be given a key to come and go as you please. Other things to note Parking is on-street and free. Access to major routes in and out of the city is straightforward.
