Smart televisions (2), fridge, freezer, stand up shower (no tub) and washer / dryer inside the unit. Located just a short walk from a canoe rental location and just a short drive to some of the area's best parks, trails, springs and mountain biking, 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and many other area attractions.
