The space The NewPort-Marina apartment is modern and elegantly minimalist with exceptional designs. But nevertheless it exudes a cozy charm and you do not have to do without anything that would be important in a vacation apartment. The apartment and the building from 2015 impress with their extraordinary architecture. A glass elevator backlit in red light takes you comfortably to the 4th floor. At the latest there you can already guess what an extraordinary view awaits you from the apartment. From all rooms and through floor-to-ceiling 3-fold glazed windows, the guest has a fantastic view of the New Marina, the historic Grube crane, the lock bridge and the Kaiser dock. Due to the constantly changing scenery in an exciting environment, it should not get boring so quickly. To get a little closer to the action, you can use the covered loggia, which can be entered from the living room. This is protected from the weather by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass elements. If necessary, the glass elements can be opened completely, so you can enjoy the fresh and healthy sea air even more intensively, also on the comfortable lounge swing. In the electrically adjustable box spring beds, you can recover from an eventful day and draw enough strength for the next day. Because there is still a lot to experience. With the fast and free Wi-Fi, the next activities for the evening or for the next day can then be conveniently planned. If there is disagreement in the evening regarding the TV program, a corresponding solution is available with a second TV in the bedroom. Due to the exposed location, most attractions can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The NewPort-Marina apartment is a unique home and is suitable for both vacation and business travelers up to max. 4 people. If you don't want to do without your beloved four-legged friend on your vacation, nothing stands in the way of this with good management. Bremerhaven and the surrounding area have become an attractive vacation destination. Tourist highlights such as the Climate House Bremerhaven 8° East, the German Maritime Museum or the German Emigration Center as well as major maritime events attract more than one million visitors to the seaside city every year. New Port Marina is located in the middle of the newly designed Havenwelten and, with its unique location, offers the best conditions for a very special vacation home or exclusive use, whether for a short trip or for a longer stay. The maritime flair of the marina and the direct proximity to the Weser and the North Sea become an immediate experience. You will enjoy the atmosphere of a city by the sea and find all attractions in close proximity. The high design and technical execution quality of the apartment, inside and out, ensure a pleasant stay. You will spend eventful days, no matter what time of year, in the immediate vicinity of the Weserdeichpromenade and the marina in the maritime heart of the city. In unfavorable wind conditions, this can lead to temporary construction noise.
