This home has a smart lock located on the front door. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay. MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to book the Cheerful Blue House. A photo of your government ID is required after booking. Cleanliness: We take great pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared home for your visit! The Cheerful Blue House is clean, sanitized and restocked before and after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home and keep it clean! Our dedicated team provides a clean space for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it! Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge. Monitoring: To protect our guests and home, the Cheerful Blue House has a camera installed right above the garage ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front of the house. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside or in the back of the property. Content is not shared with third party parties unless required by insurance or law. Noise: To protect our great community from loud/disturbing noises, the Cheerful Blue House has a loud noise detection sensor installed.
